Rayflon manufactures a series of composite diaphragms made of Teflon® PTFE and ELASTOMERIC materials.
PTFE bonded rubber diaphragms are compounded PTFE's chemical resistance and rubber's excellent flexibility. It has the highest resistance to severe chemicals and solvent services. Long stoke capability, can be used in extreme pressure.
Rubber material: NBR / EPDM / VITON / CSM, etc.
For additional strength, fabric layer can be added in the PTFE/ELASTOMER composite.
Size: DN8,DN10,DN15,DN25,DN32,DN40,DN50,DN65,DN80,DN100,DN125,DN150,DN200,etc.
